To the Bush Administration?

This is the Administration that maintained, with a straight face, “we are turning the corner in Iraq” for four years.

And now are screaming for war in Iran, with no notion as to how it would get done.

Absolutely no one in the Bush Administration is capable of embarrassment. Ever.
