The Rasmussen poll has improved slightly for Barack Obama. Last week he was at -13 in the strongly approve/disapprove tracking poll. He is now at -10, a significant improvement and one that has them virtually doing cartwheels around the Oval Office. Feelings are mixed as to what might have caused the upsurge; some say his visit to the Leno show, others suggest it might be his dancing with Ellen bit on her show.

Word is that Obama is considering going on Dancing with the Stars, the next time around. The hope is that will bring his numbers up even more. If that doesn’t help I have heard that he might be considering doing the Wife Swap show, you know the one the Balloon Boy’s family went on.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Sunday shows that 30% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty percent (40%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -10 (see trends).
