WNBA
by scarpi21

Let's face it. When you have the same sport, the men are faster, stronger, and overall more interesting to watch. Why would people watch the WNBA when you have a game that is dramatically more interesting in thh NBA.

And look at golf and tennis. They are both pared down versions of the men's game. Women's golf courses are shorter. Professional women only play 3 setsin tennis.

Starting to make sense?

As my wife has told me a man should only spend so much of his life watching sports and I would rather spend that time watching the better players and these are clearly men.

If anyone should feel guilty it is women for not supporting their sisters. But most women would rather shop or talk than watch sports. Trying to get young women to support women sports league has been tried and failed. As the saying goes but with a gender switch; she just isn't into you.

I love Minor League Baseball (and have season tickets) even though the players aren't at the same level as their MLB cohorts. I like going to games because the players truly play their butts off and really appreciate their fans, and don't have a giant chip on their shoulder (no one has ever tried to charge my kids for autographs). I liked Arena Football and our local hockey team for same reasons (unfortunately, both are now defunct). Players always stayed after games to sign autographs and talk to fans and tickets were also cheap.

Sports are a man's game. Men watch an athletic society and competition on TV. A house husband does not want to give up his escape time from his nagging wife just to give smaller, weaker female basketball players a chance.
