The fact that Obama's henchmen are continually demonizing Fox, Rush, etc. just shows how far Obama's hope and change BS has fallen off the map. His administration is now at war with any conservative media outlet. Apparently the first amendment means nothing to these control freaks. The continued criticism only shows how effective Fox and Rush are.

Gee I seem to remember less than enthusiastic support of the anti-war protestors when Dubya was in office....and remember when the protestors at the RNC convention were locked up unless they protested out of sight several streets away from the convention? I didnt see you screaming about the right to free speech then?

But hey, Obama isnt saying Fox cant say what it wants--he knows they can and will.

What Obama and his supporters are saying is that Fox isnt a legit news source and that it is openly obstructive to his work. He has no more reason to let Fox into the white house than Dubya had to let Cindy Sheehan into the white house.

Fox can go a few streets away and protest there....maybe even organize a tea party for the faithful zombies they call their audience.

Oh, and you just admitted that Fox was a conservative media outlet, Hogie. You cons should just all admit at once that Fox News is nothing more than the opposition media front of the whole conservative movement (especially the GOP). Being honest with this regard will at least make you pukes seem a little less unhinged.

My lib friends. I watch Fox nightly. I readily admit it slants right. Some, Beck, Coulter, Hannity are way right. This is where MSNBC and all the other 'credible" news organizations mess up. Fox admits it's right leaning. Everyone else tries to deny their lib bias when that slant is so obvious it is a joke.

I don't care if you don't like Fox. Watch whatever you like. This is a free country. But EVERYONE should be a little skittish when the POTUS attacks a news network.

But news should follow the rules or journalism which includes no political agenda at all. If you bave an agenda you stop being news. If you make up your own news and have no problem distorting the news or with outright lies coming from a so called news organization I think you can understand why Obama (and many others) dont consider Fox News to be any more a news organization that your local KKK update.

As I've said elsewhere, Fox News is pretty darn good. It's their prime time political commentary that jumps off the right side of the cliff that has people riled. And in contrast MSNBC leans, and admits it if you ever cared to watch, toward the center left to far left. You would also discover that MSNBC has no problem lending critical analysis of the left as well and has many notable guest speakers from the right to offer intelligent debate. Many of the right dislike MSNBC because it takes what Fox political commentators report and simply debunks them. Names them for the chronic liars and hypocrites that they are with footage of them contradicting themselves, and continually reminds us why we made the right decision last November.

But if you want pure, unbiased, dry and provocative and completely balanced news and commentary then listen to NPR or any of the PBS news broadcasts. They give everyone a fair hearing.
