Excuse me, but how was this study set up? If they are testing people based on whether they are liberal or conservative, then how did they determine who was who??? Doesn't a person determine whether or not they are liberal or conservative in their own mind? I know plenty of people who call themselves conservative and think like a liberal and visa versa. What about moderates? Are they of average intelligence? And then there is genetics. Can we say that parents who are conservative will have dumb children? Or that liberals will have smarter children? Look out! Most liberals believe in abortion and they may pass a law requiring conservatives to have one so they don't reproduce dumb children. Oops....I may have given them an idea! And how many people were in the sample groups? This affects the validity of a study as well. And did they have a control group to compare their findings? How do you gather up a control group to test liberals versus conservatives anyway? Are we born with "liberal" or "conservative" stamped on our butts? Was Nancy Pelosi the control? How old were those used in the study? Was it young college educated liberals versus old, senile conservatives? What was the education level of all who participated in the study? What were each participant's IQ level? I'm sure there are many more variables that need to be taken into consideration in order for this study to be deemed valid.

If you believe this study, then you're the dummy! This is another liberal tactic to sway the American public to vote Democrat! What will they think of next? Maybe we should all have blood tests done to see if there is a difference in our blood composition as well! Better yet, let all liberals get "liberal" tattooed on their foreheads so that people know who the smarter people are! Then we can send them to China, Cuba, North Korea, you know, all those countries that are so far to the left that they have reached the level "Communism"! This would enhance their liberal beliefs so that they could confirm that their beliefs are the correct ones. And give them a taste of what America will become if we listen to them!

Yes, I'm a proud conservative! I have more common sense, values, and brains than any liberal. I choose to be a conservative for that reason!!! I wonder what Ronald Reagan would think of all of this? He's was a talented, intelligent, and awesome conservative president! No dummy!

Ronald Reagan was the first truly ignorant President in my lifetime. The canonization of him by the right astounds me. He was quite frankly stupid. He played his greatest role as POTUS, it was all an act, a poor one, but an act. When he got elected, I vowed to leave the country. I did. He was a complete buffoon.

It is interesting that in this day and age that a study on the level of "intelligence" of one group of people over another still being done today. When I was in grade school in the Catholic school system in the 1960's, there was a intelligence test given where one of the tests was, a ten point question, which was prettier, the white girl of the black girl? If you choose the black girl, you were not as intelligent as the person who choose the white girl. Do we forget the concept of men having larger heads than women, so if-do-facto, men are smarter than women due to their larger heads which meant that men have larger brains. Smarter men have larger brains, dumber women have smaller brains. Up until the early 1960's, the great schools of psychology stated for fact that non-white people were not intelligent and could not be taught, but if they were mixed with white blood, would that make them half intelligent? The question on whether a "liberal" is more responsive to change than a conservative, has some significance from a psychological point of view, but how much merit does it really have from a clinical point of view? It is long since been forgotten that the term liberal was a catch phrase for "bleeding heart liberal". The term bleeding heart liberal came from the term "N...r lover or Indian Lover". Liberal was a person, who in the era of Jim Crow and segregation, stood up against racism and oppression, and were of the same spirit who became part of the Underground Railroad who helped enslaved Africans out of Southern Bondage. The history of race oppression and gender oppression is hidden in the seemingly innocent study of intelligence, and it is a history that should be taught in schools so that the many who were lynched, both black, white, red and yellow, should not be overshadowed by the the power that be.
