This is driving me crazy and I need help finding a case....

What was the name of the case where an angry wife called the police on her husband about the drugs upstairs but when the husband came home he told the cops to beat it.

Did I imagine this? It's driving me nuts....tried to bring it up the other day and could find it.....

I don't know for certain, but I believe there was a recent SCOTUS case on whether police have the right to enter a house when one person gives permission but another does not. Then again, I guess you already knew that. But I think it was at the SCOTUS level in the past 3 years.
