I get tired enough of trying to convince (some of) my friends to vaccinate their children. It's a losing battle, and not one I want to re-fight on here.

I'm not sure that God would smite the right parts of the world. He might even smite me, which I wouldn't want.

At this point, I don't care which side he'd smite, theirs or mine. Either way, I get put out of my misery. Sometimes that's the best you can hope for.

There are only so many ways that the denizens of the Atheist Based board can say "Not only is there no God but people who believe in God are pathetic and I am smarter than them" before it starts getting a bit redundant.

It's the haughtiest 1% of the haughtiest board on the fray(BOTF) who feel the BOTF has gotten too low brow for them, so they've formed their own board.

The only proper mode of attack is lots and lots of fart jokes. Or convince the editor to merge it with Ballot Box.

I spotted the snooty factor, but was too kind to mention that the ones I knew tended to be windy blowhards who post essays on the wall, then don't manage their threads. I think they need a good dose of Ballot Box, a little spontaneity might do some good.
