This is driving me crazy and I need help finding a case....

What was the name of the case where an angry wife called the police on her husband about the drugs upstairs but when the husband came home he told the cops to beat it.

Did I imagine this? It's driving me nuts....tried to bring it up the other day and could find it.....

Are you sure that's the scenario? The SCOTUS had a case where the girlfriend of the homeowner let the cops in and as a result they found the drugs. The homeowner claimed he had not let them in so his am 4 rights had been violated and SCOTUS ruled against him.
