WFP food makes it possible for people to refugee out of Taliban controlled areas instead of staying there and either fighting for the Taliban or at least submitting to its rule and providing economic support. Every Pakistani in a WFP fed refugee camp is one more not growing food that the Taliban can collect as taxes to feed its men.
