I could never floss "regularly," or very often at all. At the age of 60, the threat of a trip to the periodontist convinced me that I must (1) rinse every evening with Listerine, and (2) floss. Every night. And I've been doing that for a year-and-a-half. I'm an all or nothing person, I suppose. And my gums are now Very healthy.
