Then you'll be blaming Obama ,Days....soon on that one. You know I know the bots here were busy with much more important matters like posting about me, the past few days...but, they apparently missed the fact that within hours of the Sarkozy critiques, being unleashed in the world media, (where Sarkozy said he thought Obama naive and egotisical)..... Obama did indeed come on TV and he gave a 15 minute or so, talking very, very tough about Iran.

I suspect as this issue was the main issue about Obama that bothered French President Sarkozy...(the fact that he sees Obama as too naive and soft on Iran), that Obama decided to fill that particular leak in the dike and stick in his little finger, to stop the leaking and he took a tough stand against Iran.

In essence: Sarkozy bullied him into it.

But, credit to Obama, at least, for standing up to the plate, and saying what needed to be said (as Sarkozy suggested ,he should do).

Obama conveyed in his short speech two days ago : That Iran is on notice now , that they have to allow the IAEA into inspect all nuclear sites and comply with all conditions. If they do not...Obama went on:. Aggressive actions (likely sanctions) will be forthcoming.

It was interesting because this was a general standard of understanding anyway...but Obama apparently thought he needed to take the extra time to make a quick 15 reiteration of his position on Iran ,in the national media , again, on Thursday.

Iran could not possibly pull off a North Korea

No one is going to cover for them. If they tried to build nuclear warheads, they would get attacked by Israel same as Iraq was. This whole comical political staged rhetoric has no real chance of representing what is happening on the ground in Iran. I am sure you have a better feel for what the conversation is like, how the players are taking balls and swinging for the fences, but all I see is the same normal development of nuclear power that happened in a dozen nations; Iran says they are going forward with that development while we claim to be "catching them" doing that. Do they have the right to run their own nation or don't they? I don't see anyone bothering to nail Israel for their illegal secret development of the bomb, and it is pretty widely understood that they have it. The USA takes the stance that Israel is allowed to go nuclear while everyone around Israel is not allowed... we make enemies of half the planet so we can coddle and waste bundles of money on this speck of a nation that gives nothing back in return except massive financial destruction and loss of empire. It is painfully obvious that the modern nation of Israel has some kind of an invisible hand ruling the top power brokers in America, if not, we are truly the biggest pigeons on the history of the world stage.
