Urkel is at it Again

Chicago lost the Olympics. Big Whoop! Everyone on the planet knew that a South American nation was going to get them in the first place. Everyone except President Obama….or should we call him Urkel?

What a humiliating fiasco for the USA. The US Presedent taking time out from war, desease, and economic catastrophy, winging his way in a big blue jet, to beg for the Olypics when there was no chance of success. Only Obama would be dumb enough to pull a stunt like that.

Of course, this Olympic size sodomizing comes as no surprise...given his humiliating falacio on North Korea, punking by Russia, and continued golden shower addministered by Iran, we should have guessed what lay in wait for Obama from the IOC.

Oh well, Obama may yet become effective, since he really only has three problems to overcome...

He’s incompetant, inept, and in office.

Well, but at least we can safely assume that Obama's spelling is not a cata ... never mind.

Obama shouldn't have gone to Copenhagen unless he was certain he had it in the bag.

I knew he was naive, but I didn't think he was that naive.

"Everyone on the planet knew that a South American nation was going to get them"

Well, let's be honest for a second: Everyone on the planet doesn't really give a crap about the Olympics.

I don't mean that in some sort of sanctimonious way, like, "My God, don't you realize there are starving children in China and people without cell phones in Africa?" I mean it in the sense that America generally cares far more about the Olympics than other countries do.

I'm not sure most Americans realize this. I think they assume everyone else also exalts the Olympics as the be-all-end-all of global competition. They don't. As far as everyone else is concerned, the the be-all-end-all is the World Cup.

Every four years, the Olympics matter a lot to two sets of people: the host city, and Americans.
