You are right that they probably videotaped her in the act of having wholesome, feminist sex with five guys at once without her knowledge, because if she had known that they'd videotaped her, she likely would not have committed her special crime of false accusation.

They are each plainly guilty of criminal possession of a penis.

Because of the people I am close to, I know something about the effect of being raped on a woman and being falsely accused of rape on a man. The psychological effects of the two are surprisingly similar, with both suffering severe short term trauma and long term traumas that will last them the rest of their lives, struggling with anxiety (they both 'expect' to see the person who violated them around every corner), trust (the suspicion that the people in twill hurt them similarly), and guilt (fighting against thinking that they were responsible for what happened to them.

Victims of false rape accusations are victims just as much as the victims of rape. Both deserve our utmost sympathy. They have mine. But, then, I am not a bigot.

Innocent women getting raped have their lives ruined too.

Everytime a woman commits perjury and makes up a rape, that just cheapens the accusation and makes it harder to get a conviction on actual rapists. So that they can walk and find ACTUAL victioms instead of sitting in jail.

I think having sex in a public bathroom qualifies as illegal (albeit a VERY petite misdemeanor). The other stuff, well, thats legal. Unless the fun police show up.

Having been raped and also forced to have sex (I went to a Catholic Seminary) I can't really say it was the worst thing that has happened in all of my life and to tell you the truth, I seldom think about it, and when I do, I really don't experience any strong emotions about those moments. I been in two fist fights in my life and I have been shot at and those three incidents seem a lot more traumatic than non-consentual sex.

Holy cow.

I've been on fire, in a dozen or so automobile/motorcycle accidents, fallen off a cliff, almost drowned. I've been mugged, robbed and swindled more than once.

And I have been a perpatrator on several occasions, not just the victim, but let's not get into that.
