Look who's on the cover of time ragazine. Beck! Now even more americans will pay attention. Too bad he is on at 5p.m. so many of us still at work. Imagine if it was 8 pm. He is scaring the shit out of the left nut jobs. They can't dispute most opf what he says so go for the throat and discredited him any way possible. Its the Chicago way. All the attention is backfiring big time. Viewership is going up up up up up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the left is pissing itself. I love it.

You do not consider the possibility that 'viewership may be going up' for essentially the same reason that people like to gawk at the Snake Boy or the Bearded Woman in circus freak shows.

If Beck didn't exist, Ricky Gervais would have had to invent him.

You folks wouldn't know the truth if it slapped you in the face.

You're the same folks who haven't been able to come to grips with the factuality of evolution, and some of you still ain't quite so sure the Earth really does go around the Sun.

You can say what you want about Beck but he has a good track record going here lately. Last night I was flipping through the satellite offerings and came across Beck listing the stories broken or issues raised by his programs and the resulting aftermath. It appears that he is on target a good bit of the time. I do not care for a lot of what I consider his over-the-top comments that paint nasty pictures of his targets for the day, but it is hard to find any of those talking head/pundits who stick strictly to the issues and not get into personalities. They all are celebrity, entertainers with a political agenda/slant, but their first goal is ratings, audience share and money.

They put Hitler, Stalin, Joseph R, McCarthy, the Ayatollah Kohmeni, and Osama Bin Laden on the cover of Time too!

Glad to see that your favorite talk show bigot is in such good company!

We're fine with the truth.

Beck is the one who's factually challeged.

Besides, history shows that you winnuts couldn't care less weather what you're spewing at any given moment is actually true or not!

Wow, Beck likes Beck eh? What a shock. Also impressed by Beck: assorted low-IQ tools such as yourself.

Knowing a bunch of my Rethug friends swear by Beck, I decided to watch him for a couple of days. It was fun! The guy is hilarious, in his own infantile way. And, he's certifiably crazy, too boot. But, it sells, so FAUX, which has no scruples, will keep him on the air, until the retards all figure out how they've been played for fools. Just shows how much damage all that alcohol can do to a person's brain!

I don't know what segments you've been watching, I don't watch him very often myself. I do agree that he can get weird sometimes, not your conventional talk show host.

But, that being said, he has raised issues and points that have been found to have legs and resulted in changes, charges dismissals and discharges. To that there is no argument that can be made. How overall effective he might be, I can't say.

He is credited with instigating the gathering in the Swamp this past Saturday. Turned out a lot of folks. Some fringe, but in the main, mostly just average Americans who paid their own way and made their own signs. In fact my daughter went down to see what the crowd was really like and her conclusion was that overall it was a well-behaved group with some fringe folks with signs and slogans that were not indicative of the vast majority. Of course those are the ones who garnered the most media attention.

I get a kick out of all the pundits who make claims about the size of the gathering. I think it ranges from around 30,000 to over a million. I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure, from the pictures I've seen in the media (what little coverage there was considering the size), that there were well in excess of 100,000 in attendance. Not too shabby for someone who's "certifiably crazy".

Just because he doesn’t fit your mold of how someone on a show like that should conduct himself, I’d suggest you consider the issues and substance, for good or bad, and not the style.

What makes you think the retards will ever figure out that they've been played for fools?

Rush and Fox have been lying to them for over a decade now (and pretty consistantly at that).

And yet, they go back for even more the next day.

How many of our wingnut friends here regurgitate nonsense from trash blogs like WingNutDaily, FreeRepuiblic, NewsMax and the ironically named American Thinker?

And how many times do we demolish the spin by fact checking.

When have they ever learned that this nonsense doesn't stand up under the slightest scruting.

Yet, they keep right on repeating it!
