Truth is, you aren't allowed to smoke a certain distance from office buildings, but I have to tell you that if I go outside right now there will be people lined up outside smoking in front of the door.

I'd love if NY actually enforced any of this, but my guess is that they'll just be laws that everyone ignores.

My favorite is when they hold that last puff in, then exhale it while they're going through the revolving door, treating the next several people to a tasty little cancer treat! Such consideration and class!

You don't need to worry about exhaled smoke. It contains none of the chemicals identified as caricinogenic. Such toxins are found in sidestream smoke (from a lit cigarette/cigar/pipe)
