Yesterday was my 50th birthday, I celebrated by paying my speeding ticket at Berkeley City Hall. That place is so nice, you might as well enjoy it.

Oh hey! Today is Conspiracy Day! It is a new national holiday. Ex-patriots and ex-revolutionaries alike get to gather and talk about how the government regularly lies to us and even sacrifices their own for the good of the many. They even mark it on the calendar. You don't blow off fireworks, though, that's saved for Independence Day, which has something to do with creating our own money, but then we quit doing that, but we still blow off fireworks to prove that we did do it for 150 years before we succumbed to the inevitable.

It is so hard to put together a serious moon hoax follow up when you guys ruin my mood, all I want to do is blow my whistle and penalize these top post subject lines 15 yards and loss of down. Intentional floundering.

Why do they go nuts when I take jabs at my own government? How would they know when our government is right or wrong? You gotta know that St Charles road is four lanes main artery to O'Hare using local streets... but damn it, the speed limit, which ain't posted, is 30 mph and the city of Berkeley, all two square miles of it, will nail you the moment you hit 43 mph... and I did 46 mph.... sonofabitch.

We do pay for drugs, dentists, optometrists, glasses, etc. Most employed people have those items covered by employer-provided insurance.

I'll give you this, the officer wrote the ticket in five minutes flat; they have this down to an art. My passenger actually still made her flight.
