Poem for Z
by Powder-River

Oh I wish, a single wish ,that one day to be

That I could describe, much less inbibe what Z girl did for me.

She stood for what she meant and never such backed away

she hooked them right and hooked them left and always backed her play.

She spun and jabed with all she had and then an upper cut

the words were sharp, sweet and tart and knock them on their butt.

I am honored, PR :-)

And I share your sentiment expressed now in the other thread. I've actually met a few PFers (and, as I think you know even am now happily married to one of them :-) ... but I have often thought I'd like to meet you as well. We do already go back a ways...

Take care, Mr. River (as distinct from Ole Man River)...

Zinya, Monfort and Betty the Crow sought me ought at my work to say hi, which was very nice and much, much too short. You'd like her, Powder. She's a hoot.
