I think your link reveals what is to come beginning with Obamanism!

Seems to me that the Right worships Ronald Reagan more than the Left worships Obama.

I hear a lot of pissed-off liberals attacking Obama for not vigorously supporting the "public option" or even single-payer.....and on continueing the war in Afghanistan.

I hear almost NO conservatives who say a single bad word about RR, or even admit he did things that WEREN'T conservative...like raising taxes and increasing the size of government (which he did!).

Some of the republicans around here still think Nixon and "W" were great presidents. Talk about being in a state of denial.

Some of the Libs around here still think the $700,000,000,000 stimulus money, that has put American into debt forever, has worked. Talk about being in a state of denial!

You are so full of it. RR did many wrong things in my opinion. Fired the overstressed flight controllers. Signed the Amnesty for illegals. Most other pinko measures were compromises made in order to get a strong defense and bury the Soviet Union. Tip held the house in an iron grip even during RR years.

Nixon bombed the north and forced it to the table, again, eventually wound up the war and got us out with as much dignity as was available after LBJ knocked our dicks in the dirt. He left the POW/MIAs to rot, but this was largely John Kerry's fault.

It is the crux of the issue. Imagine setting up a hotline to accumulate a list of political enemies based on a network of rats.

That's basically it, Communism with a Black Supremacist Jihadder bent.

Single Payer isn't going to fly and having freshened his war chest from corporate bail-out kickbacks like Hitler did, he is using single payer to twist arms for kickbacks from another crowd, is all. The "war" in Afghanistan is profitable for certain people giving him kickbacks, but most importantly it is essential to world Jihad, blooding troops, giving cause celebre', uniting certain factions against a common enemy. I am sure the drug profits are swelling his campaign and jihad coffers. Stalinists like turmoil so they can exploit the chaos. Winning the war invites a representative government which provides uncertainly for certain big businesses, and it cuts off the profit streams to many jihadders and foreign contributors to his campaign funds.

Reagan tripled the national debt.

Reagan got 241 Marines killed in Lebanon and then ran away. You guys like to bring up the 18 killed in Somalia on Clinton's watch, but Clinton wasn't the guy who decided to put our troops in Somalia in the first place.

Nixon broke the law. Agnew had to resign because he had broken the law. You guys set a record with that one. The republican party gave us an unelected president for the first time in our history.

You want to blame Kerry for something that Nixon did? Unreal.

Indeed. Junior officers don't often get to make national policy. :-)

Alice, do you think that the $700,000,000,000 stimulus is more of a problem than the $6,000,000,000,000 that Bush borrowed and spent?
