Well let's see what "Hope" and "Change" Obama has brought to the
13th district of east Chicago. The man who is going to rescue you and me,
with a teleprompter in one hand, and govt handout in the other.
Here is your American Idol, Barack Obama and the Hope and Change he brought to Chicago's 13th district, his district;

Better yet, read the comments at Chicago-city forum about Obama's 13 district.

East Garfield Park has one of the highest crime rates of any neighborhood in the city of Chicago.
So, you're basically saying that one of the most crime-ridden, violent
neighborhoods in Chicago is not a violent ghetto? If it's not, then
there is no such thing as a violent ghetto anywhere.
Now, you could make the argument that living in one of Chicago's most
violent neighborhoods isn't as bad as people think it is. I might buy
that. But East Garfield Park is STILL a violent ghetto and is one of
the worst neighborhoods in the city for crime, gangs, and drugs.
There's no denying it. The stats back me up.
