Tariq Ramadan has struck me as the "slick willie" face of Euro-Islam. His silver tongued snake-oil sales pitch makes me distrust him even more - a quick off the cuff explanation for every incongruity - a shrug or flip turn of phrase as responses - does he swallow his own lies, drink his own Kool-Aid, so to speak - or cross his fingers ( or I suppose crook his fingers like crescent ) behind his back while brushing off his critics, adversaries, opponents, etc, like annoying flies buzzing in his face?
