Death panels are the least of the worries that townhall patriots should be concerned about. Now that I have had a chance to read the complete analysis of the various bills and the talking points of the insruance industry -- I realize that angry and confrontational tactics need to be applied to many other provisons of the proposed health care reform measures. A small sampling:
- Strip Searches. When elderly and other patients visit their doctors for check-ups or treatment, non-physicians using storm trooper tactics will force patients to reveal embarrassing personal information including their weight and their blood pressure. In some cases, particularly in the hospital setting, patients will be subjected to the most cruel ridicule possible by being required to wear backless gowns revealing sagging and shapeless buttocks and lower back spare tires, leaving patients open to guffaws and even sexual assaults.
- Child Knifings. Nothing in the bills currently pending will prevent surgeons from entering your child's operating room and slicing them open with shiv-like cutting tools of the type used by the most vicious criminals in our highest security prisons.
- Insurance Lobbyist Influence. Following passage of the so-called health care "reforms," large insurance companies will still lobby Congress for changes to the law and will be permitted to broadcast misleading and one-sided "advertisements" to convince citizens to support or oppose pending legislation.
- Debtor's Prisons. Although not provided for in any pending bill or permitted by law, the logical result of mandatory insurance is to throw patriotic scoff-laws into dungeon-like prisons complete with meat hooks and whips.
- Genocide. Eventually, under proposed legislation, every American will die.
These bills are much worse than Palin or Hannity say. I call on Glenn Beck to make these equally plausible arguments and refrain from emphasizing the comparatively minor death panel/socialism critiques. They are clearly a bunch of milktoasts.
