I believe that Geoff was telling the truth when he said too much unwarranted attention would get this board closed.

Save it for the really entertaining or egregious offences. Ditto with the Report Abuse button (you know who you are).

The "Report Abuse" function seems to be the first refuge of those who just want to watch the BOTF burn. Rather disappointed that Jeremy the Moderator calls it a great thing.

I will admit to "report abuse" twice on the same person last week. & Everytime she posts an email that she did not write or confidential personal information about someone else, I will hit that report abuse.

(btw, JTM just flushed all the comments on switters' own complaining Top Post there, yours included. Too bad too, because there was another great LAM apology on there, this one to the Editor.)

JTM appears to like and pay attention to the Report Abuse function. Perhaps that's what you are so concerned about? When the PTB don't want to hear from posters, they will stop posting their email addresses and they will remove that function. Hell will probably freeze over, first.

The editor , nice as he is made it very clear after ZB's vicious Top Post of two days ago, that anything goes here,except posting of private and information, ethic,racial, sexist or gay slurs.This fray is on the: who the hell gives a shit about it all because it's filled with a bunch of fraycentric mindless robots list, bigtime.

That's why seeking higher ground and other more topical and adult frays may be a wonderful idea. Although, to miss the activities of those who seem to feel calling each other poopy heads day in and day out, as an avowed avocation, is something to keep on anyone's must watch list for here, and in the near future, as far as I'm concerned.
