the documents cannot be produced because, I believe, they do not exist. The ones that have been 'shown' are bogus. Obama is a liar and a cheat.

Re: Dobbs and The Birthers

For about a year now there has been a great deal of debate about whether or not President Barack Obama is truly a natural born American citizen. According to the Constitution, Article 2, Sec. 1, “No person except a natural born citizen…shall be eligible to the office of president.” The Obama campaign and administration have always claimed that he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. A Certificate of Live Birth was presented by the Obama campaign showing that Obama is an American citizen[1]; however, Hawaiian law didn’t require Obama to actually have been born in Hawaii in order to obtain this registration.[2] This, among other things, has created a public outcry – from a group now referred to as “birthers” – for Obama to show his long form birth certificate, which would disclose information such as which hospital he was born in, who delivered him, etc. that would solidify the fact that he actually was born in America. The Obama campaign and administration have failed to present this document to anyone. Instead, they have been suppressing the issue using two tactics: hiring lawyers to defend him against the legal dilemma – such as lawyer Perkins Coie, who was paid $688,316[3] – and creating the ignorant propaganda, repeated by many liberals, that anyone who questions Obama’s eligibility is weird, crazy or racist. The liberal mainstream media has propagated the latter tactic through news broadcasts, such as Nightly News with Brian Williams, which incorrectly assert that Obama has proven his eligibility.[4]

Recently a Californian attorney, Orly Taitz, publicly released a copy of Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate. Taitz has filed a motion in the U.S. District Court for authenticating the document, but as of right now, the birth certificate appears authentic. As World News Daily reports, “No doctor is listed. But the alleged certificate bears the signature of the deputy registrar of Coast Province, Joshua Simon Oduya. It was allegedly used as a certified copy of the original in February 1964. WND was able to obtain other birth certificates from Kenya for purposes of comparison, and the form of the documents appear to be identical. Despite the fact that a hoax document similar in nature circulated the Internet last week, WND reports that the document ‘bears none of the obvious traits of a hoax.’”[5] Taitz told WND: “I filed the motion with the court asking for expedited discovery, which would allow me to start subpoenas and depositions even before Obama and the government responds. I am asking the judge to give me the power to subpoena the documents from the Kenyan embassy and to require a deposition from Hillary Clinton so they will be forced to authenticate [the birth certificate].”[6] The birth certificate was discovered by an anonymous source, who feared publicity because of the possibility of retaliation.[7] Many Obama supporters have naively claimed that the birther movement has been ridiculous because there is no way the government would allow such a thing to ever happen. Obviously, this discovery raises the question of who allowed this to happen and how honest the American government truly is to its people. Who are the Obama administration and the government really working for? The answer to this question can be found by answering another: who funded Obama’s campaign, which was the most expensive campaign ever? Here’s a start: his top contributor was Goldman Sachs, who just profited $12 billion last quarter after being a primary recipient of Obama’s bailout money.[8] Another primary recipient and top 5 Obama-funder was JP Morgan Chase, who profited $2.7 billion last quarter after receiving bailout money.[9] And the list goes on. Obama works for the interests of big bankers like a reverse Robin Hood: steal from the poor, give to the really rich. And the really scary reality to research is who owns these banks.[10] In fact, the same people that funded Bush into office funded Obama, who also funded McCain and the Clintons.[11] One would have to be extraordinarily naïve to think that such funding wouldn’t come without a price. After doing the research, it becomes clear that Obama is just a puppet of bankers and hasn’t turned out to be the “savior” he was purported to be. It will be interesting to see what the mainstream media discloses about this.

Republican Gov of Hawaii...says he has Birth Certificate
by MasterJay

and that she has seen it...

The conspiracy to make him President had to have begun in 1961 when his notice of birth was cleverly inserted in those Hawaian newspapers...

The Certificate of live birth FROM the state of Hawaii (and verified by the head of the Department of Health, there) is availiable to anyone who wants to see it on the internet and has been shown on TV...link below to factcheck.org that says he,AND certificate are legal...

<link>

but it's wrong to label lunatic fringe as lunatics ?

Doesn't matter how long it took to post this reply, it was worth the wait!

I wonder what 'copy' of his birth certificate Obama used to get his marriage license, driver's license and admission to college. Oh yea, and IF he even recieved ANY grades? Where are his school records?

I guess Obama is still operating on the OLD rule of
"It's not WHAT you know but WHO!!"
I know you meant

get to the ER while I still have the health insurance coverage to pay for it, right?

one further request: while I may have lost it, and if you find it, will you return it?

The fact that two democrats both claim to ¨have it¨ sort of flies in the face of truth, doesn´t it? Do you ¨have it¨ too? How many ¨it´s¨ are there?

Also quit thinking of it as a conspiracy to make him elegible for the office of President and only that his mother wanted him to be an American Citizen - Mexican women do this a lot. She had a choice in 1961 - he could be Kenyan / British or American. Having a birth announced isn´t obligatory, it´s completely voluntary. I had to sign authorizations for both my children´s births to be published - the hospital cannot just give out that information.

Bob,I'm sorry are we defining "it"..."it" is a BC on file...

the REPUBLICAN Governor says Obama has one(birth certificate) and that she has seen "it"...

the head of the Health Dept says Obama has one(birth certificate) and he has seen "it"...(I don't know the party affiliation of the Head Of the Health Dept)here is her resume...and her statement of fact.

Chiyome Leinaala Fukino, M.D. became the Director of the Hawaii State Department of Health in December 2002. Dr. Fukino is the chief health and environmental official for the state. She heads one of Hawaii’s largest agencies serving the community with over 100 programs aimed at providing leadership to monitor, promote, protect, and enhance the health and environmental well-being of all of Hawaii's people.

Fukino brings to the director’s office a great depth of experience working within the local healthcare community. Prior to taking the helm of DOH, Fukino had been in private practice in Hawaii since 1985, specializing in internal medicine. She was also a member of the medical staff of Leahi Hospital, a board member of the Queen’s Medical Center and the medical director of the Queen’s Physician Group from 1996 to 1999.

Dr. Fukino was honored by the Hawaii Medical Association in 2005 with the first ever HMA President’s Award recognizing her outstanding contribution to the medical community. Dr. Fukino was chosen for successfully applying her skills and talents as a physician to meet the challenge of directing one of the largest departments in the State of Hawaii.

One of Fukino’s many passions is the improvement of healthcare for Native Hawaiians. Her research projects have included Native Hawaiian health curriculum for children and parents as well as AIDS Education. She has also worked to explore the role of ancient Hawaiian healing practices in the modern medical arena.

Dr. Fukino is a graduate of Kamehameha Schools. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Brandeis University and her medical degree from the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaii, Manoa.

"In an attempt to quash persistent rumors that President Obama was not born in Honolulu on Aug. 4, 1961, Hawaii's health director reiterated Monday afternoon that she has personally seen Obama's birth certificate in the Health Department's archives:
"I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago...."

On Oct. 31, Fukino originally tried to put an end to the belief among "birthers" that Obama was born in Kenya and thus was ineligible to run for the office of president."
