Well, duh. They are going without fresh baked bread too. But celiac's need to go gluten free to avoid major medical complications. They aren't doing it for fun.

Well obviously I am only addressing those for whom go gluten-free is a choice and not a medical necessity (which is the topic of the original article). A lot of people who go gluten-free by choice are also vegetarians. This is rather unfortunate- because gluten really enriches a vegetarian diet tastewise.
