Insurance industry & their lobbyists--the REAL problem
by The Real RML

An entire business which does nothing but paperwork to keep people from getting paid on time, if ever, to maintain medical records more for the purpose of denying claims than helping you stay healthy, to find the best way to keep treatment cheap rather than effective.

The insurance companies have every reason to be against health care reform. They are in a for profit business so covering people who are sick is the last thing they want to do....it is a loss for sure. Accepting anyone and everyone is simply against their entire profit motive.

And people who say they want medical decisions made by doctors and not by the government clearly are the biggest morons of all.....today chances are your insurance company can and will deny you coverage for certain treatments it considers to be too expensive if there are any cheaper ways to do it--your doctor wants to get paid so he will follow the insurance company's instructions in most cases.....so rather than the government making medical decisions standing between you and your doctor, some accountant is.

i wish you were as concerned about the profits the blood sucking trial lawyers (who happen to be the demtards biggest contributors) are making on trumped up claims which causes doctors to call for tests to cover their ass even though they are usually not needed other than to cover their asses.

i wish you were as concerned about the fact that idiots like your fat assed woman killing senator have thwarted all attempts that would let individuals deduct 100% of expenses on health care expenditures as corporations do.

i wish you were as concerned about demtard legislation that requires an 80 year old tea tottler and his 75 year old wife must purchase a policy that has drug addition, pregnancy, and psycho riders even though they will never use or need them.

we know who's lobbyists are fucking up the system alright.

Thanks Chang. Glad to see the toilet cleaning lobby is represented on Slate.

Re: Insurance industry & their lobbyists--the REAL problem

if you are insinuating that i am stupid and poor by your toilet cleaning comment then there would be some cognitive dissonance there madame comrade.

i am not the one who is always calling for the government to wipe my ass and hold my for me.

of course if i were a helpless little wuss like you, i probably would.

time for el rushbo!!

Re: Insurance industry & their lobbyists--the REAL problem
by The Real RML

Ahhhhh El Rushbo....the guy who got out of serving his nation with his anal cyst and who now fights drug abusers when not high on oxycontin........

And Chang my point about your toilet cleaning business merely demonstrates that you work well with certain substances which are similar to your basic thinking. Shite.

Re: Insurance industry & their lobbyists--the REAL problem
by irvingchang

you ever notice when i respond to your socialist drivel i always give a few reasons while all you ever do is attack me personally? i don't mind you attacking me personally madame comrade but i do wish you'd respond with something of substance so i can rip you apart and then attack you personally.

it's hard to respond to you about some stupid toilet cleaning job i had when i was young madame comrade as i really don't give a shit.

now monkey boy's socialist medical plan is what we are talking about here and not me.

got it madame comrade?

Re: Insurance industry & their lobbyists--the REAL problem

Obama doesnt make a medical plan moron--congress does and he approves it or vetoes it.

Of course my point was that the insurance, AMA, and other corporate lobbies wont let a real plan be a reality anyway. Obama and others would like to see health care as a national program but the private corporations will never allow that....in the name of profit America will be screwed and congress will sign off on it just as they did when Bush's drug plan screwed us as a nation. The lobbying by corporations should not be allowed--it places money above the citizens. The problem is lobbyists are kissing ass on both sides of the aisle.

And Chang, you call me Madame PMS and Madame Comrade PMS, just to name some of your regular personal insults so please stop trying to pretend you are civil and I am not.

Your toilet cleaning business is a popular topic because of course like all the cons you like to think people can just snap their fingers and get a good job that pays the bills and therefore you dont need any government help......so yes, I like to make you consider just how rich you got pulling shit out of drains with your hands.....probably covered by your mommy and daddys insurance at the time and then of course you took the free health care and housing from uncle sam......you have sponged off the government for much of your life and then have the gonads to deny that to others.....

are you saying the demtards won't stand up to lobbyists madame comrade? why do you vote for those morons anyway? they never listen to you.

Re: Insurance industry & their lobbyists--the REAL problem

Dont be such an ass Chang. What did the cons do for us for the last eight years? NO health reform but rather the greatest increases in health costs ever and not a word from the con congress of the ultimate tard, GW Bush. You have absolutely no room to talk here given your party's record.

The lobbyists have been greasing both parties right along. It doesnt matter who is in office.

The fact is we could save a fortune if we simply got rid of medical insurance all together and had a single payer system. The comtards will never let that happen--too many are making money in the healthcare scam business. Telling people the government will make decisions for them when the reality is that accountants make them now.

Dont worry Chang. The cons will all vote against any kind of health care reform and the bill the dems will pass will be a weak one watered down by the lobbies.

You will still be able to overpay for your insurance and keep cleaning them porta johns...

i have an HSA madame comrade. my premiums are low but i have a 10 grand deductible. that's OK though because i have money (tax free) in an account that i started to put the money that i am not paying the insurance company for expenses. so if i have a heart attack or get cancer or something i'm covered but if i break my leg i have to pay out of pocket.

no problem!!!

ti works great and if you leftists saps would do the same instead of begging like mangy dogs for the government to wipe your asses for you, we'd all be better off.

i'm trying to be polite madame comrade.

What did the cons do for us for the last eight years?

always with your hand out madame comrade. what the fuck do you think they should have done for you?

a) wipe your sorry ass

b) wipe your helpless snotty nose

c) hold your wussie hand

d) change you soiled diaper

e) feel yore pine

or

f) all of the above

Re: Insurance industry & their lobbyists--the REAL problem

You are one stupid SOB Chang.

Do you think someone making $5 an hour can stash away 10K in a HSA AND pay for basic shelter and food? Like many of the tards listening to El Rushbo you figure everyone is just like you.......but the fact is not everyone is like you (thank God). Not everyone has your potty cleaning skills, not everyone uses corporate tax relief or enjoys a massive tax cut for the wealthy while we're supposedly at war.

So tell you what Chang. Since you have it so good why dont you just shut up instead of complaining about the people who havent been so lucky......and while you're at it send back all the money you saved with your GI Bill.....education, loans, etc....Im tired of you gun jockeys sucking on my tax teet just because you peeled spuds for uncle sam....

someone making 5 bucks per hour is not worth insuring. i was not worth insuring until i had a career which is why i didn't have medical insurance. i didn't go around begging like a dog for someone to buy insurance for me either.

even if you make low wages it is possible to save money if you don't blow it on beer, lottery tickets, cigarettes and tattoos.

Re: Insurance industry & their lobbyists--the REAL problem

Tell you what Chang. You go to Wal Mart and McDonalds and other such places and tell the people who work their that even though they work they are not worth insuring. If they get sick or hurt they should die or go bankrupt.

Yep. You got the answers Chang.
