The Congress has to cancel their vacation or shorten it. The long vacation is a tradition going back to the olden days when the hot D.C weather made it unbearable to work. My guess is that they all have air conditioning now, so get to work ladies and gents (for once.) Of course the a/c may not negate all the hot air in the chamber!

P.S. Hats off to Sen. Jay Rockefeller, the most honest man in the Senate! Wish we could clone him!
