One thing we learned about Sotomayor is she is a lier. Read her speeches where she made the "a wise latina woman" is smarter than any white guy comment. In the speeches she is clearly expressing her disagreement with a comment judge Ginsburg had made about how an old man and an old woman would/should reach similiar decisions if they both used sound judgement in making those decisions. Then in the confirmation hearings she claimed she made the "wise latina" comment as a way to show her agreement with Ginburg's comment. So which is it? Does she agree or disagree with Ginsbug's comment? Was she lying then or is she lying now?

The actual quote is, "I would hope that a wise Latina woman, with the richness of her experiences, would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life."

Wisdom comes from experience? How shocking!

A group of white males would, 'more often than not' define a 'better conclusion' as favoring white males, just like a group of Latina women would define a 'better conclusion' as favoring a group of Latina women.
