All the Republicans want to talk in THIS confirmation about is race.

Coming from republicans who consistantly turn a blind eye to institutional racism (except for Sessions who actively participates in racism) they are turning this process into farce.

They consistantly take the "wise Latina" out of context and turn it sideways, and purposely misunderstand, distort and misconstrue the Ricci case. They know better, but are once again pandering to the lowest common denominator of their base.

The irrelevent party just became more irrelevent.

Of course the poster means that Democrats (and Liberals in general), have made everything they possibly could about race because it serves the mythology of Liberals as equality crusaders.

Liberals taught non-Liberals how to feign hysteria over "racist remarks". Do we really care? Not in the least. But, neither did you (Oh, Party of voting against the CRA 15 times from 1850 to 1964! Oh, Party of the Dixiecrats! Oh, Party of Senator Byrd!).
