good call. i disagree about Stranger than Fiction being bad. It wasn't funny (which is likely what most people want/expect from a ferrell movie), but i thought it had a sort of charm to it. Maybe just because i thought maggie gylenhall (sp?) was excellent. ferrell has done much, much worse (and i'm actually a fan of his).

While I'm with bfish about STF, I do have to say good lord... The uterus of my mind? That's such a disgusting, pointless image. There's a phrase that got bandied about a lot in writing workshops "PAW" which stands for "poet at work". It generally means you're trying too hard, which is how this book strikes me.
