Does this mean that Congressional/Senatorial members of intelligence committees cannot be trusted to keep secrets?

Does this mean the CIA can do and does do whatever it wants?

Does this mean that the CIA should be abolished as an active threat against Constitutional government and rule by the People's representatives?

The only question is whether the democratically controlled administration and congress have the spine to do what they legally must: prosecute.

Uh, NC.... I doubt you knew this, but 9/11 occurred during the administration of Cheney/Bush. And they had a LOT of warnings it was coming. Read that PDB entitled "Bin Laden Determined to Strike in US."....
