Think of the least funny poster in BOTF. No, not her. Yes, him. Even he could manage to be moderately amusing once in a while on Weekend Update. It's a very comic-friendly concept, which is why it stayed on SNL so long regardless of who the cast happened to be.

I wonder if she uttered that diatribe while doing her trademark handstand, skirt dangling to her ears and fortified panties revealing nothing, in which case it means the opposite of what it says, in her upside down world.
