Congressmen Paul & Kuchinic
by phxjustice

It is too bad that the two most authentic people running for each party's respective nomination are so marginalized.

Congressman Paul is the truest of the conservatives while Congressman Kuchinic is the truest of the liberals. The question then is, why are the fakes getting all of the attention?

Because the two parties have become little more than bagmen for large monies that want favorable legislation or lax enforcement of workplace rules. Therefore candidates not prepared to take orders from the parties are marginalized, because the parties can't have boat rockers elected.

Because now we live in a world where the media is largely controlled by very wealthy indivduals, who want to influence their own views on citizens. The most recognized is Rupert Murdoch, CEO of global powerhouse News Corps. News Corps holdings are so large, it would take awhile to list them all. But you can visit <link> to see the rest.

Well known holdings include: Fox News, Wall Street Journal, MySpace, New York Post, Sunday Times, Speed channel, Fuel channel, IGN, Photobucket, TV Guide, and book publishing companies Zondervan & HarperCollins.

Murdoch admitted he felt it was possible to sway people about such things as the Iraq war. (look it up on YouTube) And having a neo-conservative or socialist democrat in office, I'm sure, serves his purpose somehow. I doubt he wants free thinkers, like Ron Paul, Gravel, or Kuchinic, to come into power. They might disagree with him.

that's how it is spelled (sorry, as an Ohioan, the spelling error bugged me :-)

I don't usually pick on spelling, and I mean nothing by it.
