PNAC Manifesto

Re: PNAC Manifesto

Yep, now all you need to do is show where is says (or even implies) what you claimed it does.

You remember? "Control the World,"And War without End."

Boss, that response seems a bit nit-picky after the last eight years, donchathink? The boys from Berlin the Bronx pretty much tried to do exactly what they said they would.

It really wasn't pretty... and all the lipstick in Tel Aviv cannot sweeten this little pig.

Sure they did. It's just that what they tried to do is not what some people claim they were trying to do.

BG,Suppose you tell us what they were trying to do. I would love to hear an unbiased opinion.

Sugar Daddys. (Carefully engineered to detach ALL your fillings)

Gad, but I loved Saturday matinees. We had no TV.. and we lived about an hour from the nearest cinema theater until I entered puberty, got a job, and discovered girls. Just discovered... never had the nerve to explore until later.

Oh, I thought I read somewhere that the PNAC is now defunct (or nearly so) and everything now comes under the "One World Order"...my bad.

No,Dow,you are quite right.BG asked for the PNAC manifesto .I presented it.

As for matinee's,on Sundy we would go to the big city on the bus,see the big 15 Cent movie, then take the bus back to the small town and go to the 10 cent movie. And if we had the money we would have a big Cold Fudge Sundae.

I went out to lunch with those friends last week and asked if they remembered. One of the older ones, who has short term memory loss could still remember it clearly. I bet we spent 80 cents on those trips. I think the bus was a nickel.

WOW...sweet memories of youth and good times.

A theater about 2 miles from us had a snackbar balcony. There was a very long counter with fountain soda, popcorn...and stools to sit on. The balcony had a glass front and there were real tables and chairs all about...you could sit up there for the whole movie and just pig out. Bargain matinees on weekends...

Re: PNAC Manifesto

Bummer.... that's not what our balcony was for.

Other activities took place in the dark corners with not seats in the way...
