Did the press ridicule Dick Nixon for his "You won't have Nixon to kick around any more" speech?

It will not be sexist of the press to ridicule Sarah Palin for her swan song.

After watching her retirement speech it is obvious this woman is not ready to be a prime time player. You are correct that speaking negatively about this woman is not sexist. However, the sexist angle will be played for all its worth. Thats a given.

Many consider her photogenic and perky. Unfortunantly this is all millions of people require in their approval of a candidate. She would be a disaster for the presidential ticket in 2012, however I would wager money she will be a prolifigate fund raiser for her party and then be rewarded with an uncontested nomination for her party's bid for an Alaska Senate seat, which in Alaska is almost a sure win.
