This was a very interesting article. Now there are more You-Tube postings than viewers have time to see. Getting a million hits is akin to hitting the lottery.

Now Chris, I would like you to do a similar study on Google hits. For example: how many people get a thousand (Google hits), ten thousand, and a million? Is this like hitting the lottery too?

I'm not certain what you mean by "Google hits" -- perhaps referrals from the search engine? I imagine the denominator here would be nearly impossible to measure.

My travel site has had millions of "google" hits, but it's been up since 1994. I think it's a game of being very patient and eventually working your way to the top of the most popular search terms for what you provide.
