Not quite true. The real case against Mr. Clinton was brought by Paula Jones. She contented, and won in court, that then Governor Clinton use two ARMED state police officers to escort her to his hotel room (state paid?) where he then exposed himself to her. His Oval Office antics only showed a pattern of sexual behavior with subordinates, which helped established Mrs. Jones’s case.

That doesn’t even begin to cover the other women that have made charges against Mr. Clinton.

Clinton’s actions were far more forceful, and in general a bit creepier.
