There should be some sort of central registry where (presumably) liberals could sign up not to be able to take any drug derived through animal research. Perhaps they could ensure their spouses and children could also be bound by their decision. Obviously you don't want people like this surviving and breeding.

If you'd ever hung out with bio research types, you'd know that they are, as a group, wildly liberal and really big fans of animal research.
