Well, if I was in charge (har, har) I wouldn't fire them, though, I'd give them immunity in exchange for the full and total truth, and I'd have a re-enlistment but not at the top levels. The top guys could retire. Then I'd sponsor law that says if anyone at the top level ever does this again, they will be executed.

Any good mom knows you give the kid a chance to correct her behavior...before going to the level of punishment. Kids often don't even know something is wrong.

Yeah, but at some point a mom needs to realize that her kid is a sociopath.
