My cousin, who is rail-thin, has a recipe he calls "Rolling a Fatty" :

A tube of Jimmy Dean smashed flat.

Fill with cheese, jalapeno, onions and whatever you want.

Roll it up, looks like a large, fat, sausage hot dog.

Six slices of bacon laid side by side is the length of the sausage. Roll it up in the bacon.

Grill/Smoke/Cook till internal temp is 160f.

Eat.

Start popping lipitor like tic-tacs.
