There is no era of Dumb Money. Money is dumb was dumb and will be dumb forevermore. The problem is that money has the capacity more than anything else besides maybe sex to make smart people abysmally stupid. So we will always have crashes. There is no systemic solution. All you can do is try and protect yourself as much as you can from exposure to the bubbles.
