so much really great information. Wouldn't it be so much better to deal with some of that than to dredge up the bad stuff? An argument eventually dies if nobody responds to it. Having the last word just really isn't all that important. In fact attempting to have it just prolongs the agony.

I agree with everything you said...some times when people lie about you you feel the need to defend yourself but sometimes it just doesn't do any good and after I write a message to MA this will be the end for me.

Not true...and especially not true with LAM. If you have not watched her constant attacks on SG and Cat, then you should. She continues, no matter how much they ignore her.

And, incidentally, to further refute your contention, When I stopped posting to and about Cherokee, and vowed to stop fighting with him, this mess would have stopped right there; but he continued to taunt me and challenge me. I kept seeing my name in his silly little posts and I realized that whether I ignored him or not, he was not going to give it up. So here we are again.

I think if you will get the two individuals mentioned her (LAM and Cherokee) to just shut up...you will see the improvement you desire in the KFS board.

Sandy,no one is asking you to leave,simply let the past go. And I have no idea what Shirley is hearing as we seldom email.

I have heard both sides of this story to the point of nausea and think it is just that,in the past.

Most of us on the board could care less about what so and so said to so and so. We have important issues in this Country and as Obama says,"We need to work together." as long as we dredge up what happened long ago,it will go on.

You know you and I had many good conversations and I would not be a friend if I did not say what is obvious to most on the baord.

When I was a kid I was a pretty fat kid. There's a lot of them now but there weren't then so I stood out. The other kids were merciless and I would come home crying because of the hurtful things they would always say. My mother, who could be very wise at times sat me down and told me that when they laughed at me I should laugh too. She said that she knew it would be hard to do but once they found out that what they said didn't seem to upset me anymore, they would stop it. She said that they only did it because they knew they could make me cry.

Well she was right, it was hard to do but I learned. She was also right that it would work. It's no fun pushing buttons if nothing happens. On the other hand if you push a button and things whir and whiz, you tend to push the button again.

Another thing to remember is that if the charges/complaints all come from one side people tend to start looking at that side for whatever their agenda might be. Even if those contain a kernal of truth people will look at you as you are now. If you don't seem to be the kind of person that you're said to be people will look at the attacker as the one to avoid.

Since I tend to try and stay out of the personal battles, I only know you as a fun and knowledgeable person. I like that one and I hope you keep posting.

I remember how hurt I was when I first went on DS. I was so upset at some of the things said to and about me.I began to give it back and try to keep most of it humerous. Works for me.
