What's with men's ties these days? No one seems to know how to position them properly. They are either askance or not anywhere near the top button of the shirt. I saw someone the other day whose tie end was down around the fly in his trousers.

Just something I have been noticing.

Have to wonder if they are trying to make a fashion statement of some kind.
