I'd appreciate it if they didn't conduct negotiations in the media. Quit trying to score points with the public and work out the differences. The whole "they don't want to cut taxes enough" kind of bullshit is pissing me off.

If you live in one of those districts..vote 'em out. This is politics at a time when we need an old fashioned thing called "governance". You may not remember it, it's been a long time. It means actually fixing things. Not just running a permanent campaign.

Republican administration and it's trickle down theory only trickled down to the thieves of Wall Street and corporate CEO''s while hard working people arelosing jobs, houses, credit ratings, savings accounts hope and dignity. Are you kiddin'? We have had 8 years of an administration that said one thing, but did the opposite. They talked about compassionate conservativism, but did nothing to actually earn that label. They said they'd make our military stronger, but they are far weaker than when the Bush folks took office.

When did they actually do what they promised? They did cut taxes, but that was just putting off paying the tab until later. We know owe $10 trillion and the bill is mounting.....is that what you meant?.
