Thank you. Your position is right. I'm not sure about your comparison to issues of gay marriage, but your conclusion is spot on. It will take time but this is a start. My father is a WWII vet who received a Purple Heart taking shrapnel. He also came home with PTSD, except there was no understanding or acceptance in our culture. Looking back he suffered all his postwar life from the effects of PTSD. It is a wound that can be seen when you know what to look for.
