My brother and I were both born on USA military bases in Germany during the early 60's because our father was stationed there as an Army officer. The USA law at the time was we had to be naturalized, even though both our parents were USA born. We were of foreign birth and that was the law.

I have a German birth certificate. My parents had to declare my brother and I USA citizens upon entry to the country in 1963. I was 9 months and my brother was 2 1/2 yrs old at the time. The naturalization process was finally completed when I was 3 1/2yrs old.

We were always told we could never be President of the USA, but that all 6 other brother and sisters born in country could.

Obama was born at The Coast Provincial General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya, located in Coast Province, at 7:24 p.m. on August 4th, 1961. The three official documents, which have been seen by American attorneys including Berg, are certified, embossed, and include witness signatures.

Obama is not a naural born US citizen and never was one, he is of foreign birth.

What you have said is the very basis of the Donofrio lawsuit. You are right, children born abroad to US citizens are citizens,they're just not natural born ones. A very important disinction!

Yes, but since August 1959, Honolulu (where Obama was born, according to official documents of the State of Hawaii and Honolulu County) has been a state of the US. So, Donofrio is a frivolous stooge wasting the court's time.

I don't think our constitution is idiotic. If he gets disqualified over this then I believe that the laws of our land were upheld. Nothing more...nothing less. We have laws for a reason and if you don't like them you can fight to change them. Until they are changed, we must abide by them.

Wow, so this is what we've decended to. I went back and read your website evidence for the last three words, but you convieniently left out the last whole part of the citation"Provided that the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the U.S". Plus the first part of your arguement is wrong because it says citizens(plural) and BO's alleged father was not a citizen.

I just don't think this country is ready for a black or woman candidate. Too many people are just stuck in that good ol' white boy mentality. I work with too many of them. I'm not surprised something like this is happening.

The only facts that I have seen is the fact that he has a Hawaiian Certificate. I have also read "suposedly" that his mother is an American...doesnt that make him a natural born American?

The country is ready, as evidenced by the fact that a black man has won the election. The fact that a certain fringe element isn't ready shouldn't hold the rest of us back.
