My pets are actually my surrogates and helpers...and sometimes paly the role of "medicine man" when I need them to cuddle moi !!

Yes...they love me and I love them back...all three felines and a small dog...the husband comes last, might I add.

As for "comrades-in-arms"...they usually like to cuddle in my arms before they can become my comrades...

It's a mild 'sleeper'/sleeping pill very popular here for the past few years now. I give it at work to patients all the time..seems to be the favored sleeper of choice these days...

...It has a sort of mild hallucintory effect on some people and at times some have reported episodes of sleep walking while under the influence of it as well as a big sense of the 'munchies' or urge to late night snack after taking it.

seems thus far, to be effective for sleep well liked by most who take it and so far not a lot of complaints of addiction or dependence related issues regarding it but that could change the longer it's on the market and more long term efffects become known.

Hate to say it but Ambien and grapes sounds pretty nice...Oh Well, Gypsy can handle the stuff ...good for her.Me? nope better stick to hot chocolate and marshmellows when I want to indulgent.
