"Fellow Texans"
by skf
Please note that Bush cannot pardon "fellow Texans" as he is not one.

Thank you kindly,
a Texan.

Every one in Texas needs a pardon. They are all thieves and crooks. We should give Texas back to Mexico!

What exactly do you base this broad-based stereotypical statement on, Mr. "Clyde Turbo"? True Texans have a pride in their community, MANNERS, and enough sense to speak politely to people, especially people they don't even know, be it on the net or otherwise. So please, enlighten me further with your boundless wisdom - perhaps this time with some actual, tangible and quantifiable feedback.

If being elected Governor and being part owner of the Rangers does not qualify you to be considered a Texan, what does? We are not letting you off so easy. George carried Texas both times, and voted for McCain this time. No, George Bush is yours.

There is ignorance everywhere, Texas included... However, the city in which he held office (our state capitol) as governor only gave McCain 10% this Nov. 4th... Not to mention his (W's) loss of the popular vote in the past... "W" is not "ours", rather he is a thing of the past... I do not wish to be "let off" by you - rather I wish to not have my entire state associated with that little punk of a so-called man, much less "president". He did more to remove our country from the good graces of our fellow allies than any other leader in the history of the U.S., and by many, MANY Texans, he will not be missed. The generality of your remark reminds me of the 80's when the show "Dallas" was on t.v., and everyone north of the Red River thought we all had oil wells and cattle. It's that kind of steretypical thinking that has kept this country divided, within itself, and with others. I'll pass on the ownership, and instead share the responsibilities that lie ahead with you.

Additionally, 5% hardly constitutes ownership, of a ball team, or anything else. Although, the number seems quite appropriate now.
