To be a "natural born citizen", you have to either be born in the U.S. or born to an American. Obama's mother was American, so he is by default an American as well. All children born to Americans abroad, be it in Australia or Kenya, is considered a natural born American citizen. Read up on it before you post stupidity. Supreme Court decision? Really? Don't think so, pal.

Your previos post about Barak Obama's mother being an American citizen would only have been necessary had Barak Obama been born outside of the United States, as John McCain was.

Bot Barak Obama and John McCain are natural born American citizens.

As you point out I am right. The cretins are those who pretend this issue will go away by sheer will.

The Constitution requires both young parents to be US citizens, and; if one is not, the other must satisfy residence requirements for the child to qualify as a natural born citizen and Barack's mother did not meet those residence requirements.

What will be interesting is the timing of when Barack Obama is found to be constitutionally unqualified. What criminal acts could a usurping potus do? Up to and including treason?
