This is just another facet of "laissez-faire" without proper oversight and accountability.It has nothing to do with the effective defense of the nation.It's just a money free-for-all which will culminate in a national defense that is not geared to any real threats but filled with sexy,expensive but worthless white elephants----this isj ust another example of our current administrations gross,and in my opinion,criminal mismanagement.In other words,our national defense system will in actuallity be weakened as a result.

Clinton did that. Now we're stretched like a banjo string in Iraq and Afghanistan. Or at least that's what the liberal media claims.
