Have you seen the BallPark Frank comercial where the boy is in his bed and a gigantic hairy third arm is protruding from his stomach? The gigantis man-arm is tying to put a hot dog in the boys mouth, but the boy is sleeping. The man-arm hits the boy over the head with a tennis racket, the boy wakes up and the man-arm shoves the hot dog in the boy's mouth. It is the freakiest comercial I have ever seen. I thought i was watching a si-fi show at first. I was shocked when I discovered it was an add for BallPark Franks.

The worst by far are the GEICO ads with the GECKO and the Cavemen series. I would go without insurance before purchasing GEICO. I think I am watching too much TV.

I totally agree!!!!! I hate those stupid caveman commercials for GEICO.

I'm not accusing them per se, but I've heard so many horror stories about people taking out small loans only to lose their homes.

The absolute worse commercial on right now is the one for Sour Skittles with the man hooked up to the milking machine. That one is just gross! It makes me not want Skittles or milk!

One, it has nothing to do with Ballpark Franks or their ad, and two, it's idiotic. Most of us enjoy the gecko ads, and get at least a chuckle out of the metrosexual cavemen.

At least the milking machine isn't hooked to his cock directly but still it is pretty close. What kind of mind does it take to think that up for a children's candy? Sometimes I can't decide if these types of commercials are meant to be just humorus or do they really think it will cause us (the consumer) to run out and buy Ball Park Franks? Scary thought. By the way I do like Ball Park Franks, however I discovered them on my own, not as a result of their ridiculous commercials. Spare us, please!

I doubt that anyone would honestly NOT buy Geico insurance because of them...would you be willing to pay, oh say, $100 more a month just because you hate their commercials?

On the other hand, what other ad campaign is successful enough to not only get the brand name out there, but to get people (like you and me) talking about it?

Did you know of Geico before the caveman/gekko ads? And even if you did, I doubt you spent time posting on message boards about them.
